Top Indian music artists to perform in Bollywood Parks Dubai

DUBAI, December 7, 2018

Bollywood Parks Dubai, part of Dubai Parks and Resorts, the largest integrated theme park destination in the Middle East, is celebrating the end of another fantastic year by hosting renowned Indian music artists all through December. 
 
The Indian musical duo Vishal-Shekhar, who are recognised for their talents in Bollywood and have created the soundtracks to many iconic Indian movies since their formation in 1999, will perform live on December 21 at 8 pm. The duo consists of Vishal Dadlani, a Mumbai-born singer and vocalist of the electronic band Pentagram, and Shekhar Ravjiani, a trained classical singer. 
 
Meanwhile, leading South Indian singers will entertain guests on December 28, including national award-winning playback singer and music director M G Sreekumar, well-known for his work in Malayalam cinema; Indian playback singer Shweta Mohan; Indian Carnatic vocalist, playback singer, and musician Haricharan, well-known for his work in Tamil, Malayalam and Telugu films; and popular Kerala-based band ‘Bennet and the Band’ known for recreating popular songs and traditional folk melodies. 
 
Bollywood Parks Dubai will end the year with one of its biggest concerts on December 31 at 8 pm by hosting Guru Randhawa, an Indian singer, songwriter and music composer from Punjab. Randhawa has composed well-known tracks such as “Lahore”, the first Punjabi song to receive more than 600 million views on YouTube.
 
Moira Casey, director of marketing and sales, Bollywood Parks Dubai, said: “We are thrilled to host these celebrated Indian music artists and give families the chance to enjoy their musical talent in a spectacular venue. We encourage all residents and visitors to come down to the park to get a real taste of Bollywood and enjoy a host of Bollywood-themed rides and other attractions.”
 
Tickets will be priced at Dh49 for guests who would like to visit the park exclusively for the show. However, the price of the performance is included in the price of the standard ticket to Bollywood Parks Dubai at Dh99 for guests who would like to enjoy a full day at the park and for annual pass holders with no additional cost. 
 
Bollywood Parks Dubai, the world’s first and only Bollywood-themed attraction, features some of the greatest Bollywood blockbusters. Guests can enjoy a spectacular Bollywood musical - Jaan E Jigar and the chance to meet favourite movie star look-a-like such as Shah Rukh Khan or Amitabh Bachchan. 
 
The park has also recently launched a brand-new line-up of street performances filled with energetic music, song and dance, which are showcased every day.  - TradeArabia News Service
