Gulf Craft appoints Bush & Noble to sell pre-owned vessels
DUBAI, August 2, 2018
UAE-based Gulf Craft, a builder of luxury yachts and leisure boats, has appointed Dubai-based Bush & Noble Yacht Brokerage as the official broker for the shipyard’s select pre-owned yachts and boats.
The move is part of Gulf Craft’s continued focus on international growth and recognition, said a statement from the company.
The appointment will provide a full marketing and distribution service to help expand and promote the trading of pre-owned Gulf Craft vessels to international prospects, it said.
Bush & Noble was established in 2012 by co-founders John Bush and Brett Noble. With over 30 years combined experience in the luxury motor yacht sector, the company is directed by two industry professionals and is recognised as the leading yacht brokerage in the Middle East with clients from all over the world.
This wealth of experience and industry passion combined with Gulf Craft’s globally recognised standing of quality yachts and magnificent range provide its international clients with the highest levels of service.
Gregory Yeakle, chief executive officer of Gulf Craft, said: “We are proud to welcome Bush & Noble into our network.”
“It is the beginning of yet another exciting new voyage, as we foresee immense growth potential. The Majesty Yachts collection holds its value longer than comparable models and promises even next generation owners many more exciting years of service,” he said.
“Bush & Noble are renowned for their consultancy services along with their impartial guidance to the yacht owners and they are sure to enhance our global presence,” he added.
This exciting new business venture will be led by John Bush, co-founder and director of Bush & Noble.
He said: “The global Yacht industry is projected to reach $74.7 billion by 2022, driven by the rising interest in luxury cruising among high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals. This is a fantastic opportunity for Gulf Craft to identify new growth markets for their products.”
“Our new appointment as used stock dealer will truly support the brand’s growth, and we are very excited about the opportunities ahead,” he added.
Meanwhile, Gulf Craft’s Majesty 100 has garnered great attention in Australia ever since it was delivered to an experienced Australian yacht owner earlier this year, the company said.
Following its high profile global debut, the spectacular Majesty 100 M/Y Oneworld commenced operations on the East Coast with Oneworld Charters and is now one of the most successful charter superyachts in Sydney, said a statement.
Gulf Craft is currently the only foreign superyacht builder that has been able to build and deliver purpose-built AMSA certified charter superyachts to the Australian market, it said.
The Majesty 100 M/Y Oneworld features an exquisite sky-lounge, an expansive saloon with full height glass windows and 5 luxurious en-suite staterooms, it added.
Richard Morris, managing director of Australian Superyachts, said: “Superyacht owners are looking for the most intelligent way to own their assets and chartering their yacht helps them partially offset running costs, enabling them to realize their dream of ownership in a far more economical manner.”
“With multiple superyachts in build, we are proud to be putting Australia on the map as a charter destination recognised around the globe with world-class superyachts built and delivered by Gulf Craft. Currently, the top three superyachts available for charter in Australia are all Gulf Craft Majesty Yachts; De Lisle III, Ghost II and now OneWorld,” he added. – TradeArabia News Service
