Bahrain Marina project developers will debut the kingdom’s iconic marina development at the upcoming Gulf Property Show to be held in Manama.

A mixed use development project, Bahrain Marina Development will be at the heart of the Kingdom’s residential and commercial centre.

The development will encompass a lifestyle and shopping destination, taking advantage of a unique location using Manama’s pristine coastline, said the event organisers Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions (HCE).

The boutique showcase for real estate and property will be held from April 25 to 27 at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre under the patronage of HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, Prime Minister of Bahrain.

Chief Executive Officer Yazan Haddad said: "Bahrain Marina will make its public debut at the Gulf Property Show as the gold sponsor. This participation is a statement of confidence not only in the show but also in the Bahrain Marina Development brand which will take center place in Manama, promoting the city as a world class tourist attraction.”

The new destination will include a five-star hotel, serviced and freehold apartments, waterfront villas, a fully-integrated family entertainment center, a yacht club and recreational waterfront space with dining and retail space. The iconic world-class facility aims to enhance the infrastructure of the Tourism sector by 2020, he stated.

Haddad said the company was currently focused on establishing a multi-purpose facility that delivers international standards which will contribute positively to the overall tourism and real estate infrastructure of Bahrain.

"The development will attract domestic and foreign investors to the country and will also act as a catalyst for job creation," he added.

Jubran Abdulrahman, the managing director of HCE, said: "Bahrain Marina Development’s debut at the Gulf Property Show brings a unique real estate investment opportunity for our visitors at the expo."

Gulf Property Show 2017 carries with it the strategic sponsorship from Diyar Al Muharraq and Manara Developments with Gold Sponsors Bahrain Marina and First Bahrain Real Estate. Silver Sponsors are Khaleeji Commercial Bank and Fontana Real Estate.

Supporting organisations include the kingdom’s regulatory authority Survey and Land Registration Bureau and the Bahrain Property Development Association.
