Additional mobile health units catering to Bahrain’s elderly will be introduced, Health Minister Faeqa Al Saleh revealed during parliament’s weekly session yesterday (December 15). However, she said qualified paramedics must first be in place before the initiative is launched. She was responding to a question on increasing the number of such units from the current one in each governorate, reported the Gulf Daily News (GDN), your sister publication.
