Sobha offers freehold land plots along Dubai Water Canal

DUBAI, December 20, 2016

Sobha Group, a leading premium real estate developer, said now offering investors and end users an opportunity to buy new land plots within Sobha Hartland Dubai, the only fully-integrated freehold community on the Dubai Water Canal and in Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City.

Freehold land plots within the Sobha Hartland freehold community are now up for grabs to build waterfront villas, 12-storey apartment buildings, hotels and hotel apartments and purchasing an exclusive cluster of 13 plots for building villas with own design and layout.

This particular exciting scheme is specially targeted for investors, end-users, hoteliers, hotel apartment operators and developers, said a statement from Sobha Group.

One can choose to invest in a plot from nearly 155,000 sq ft of area which is reserved for 12-storey apartment buildings and will consist of approximately 250-300 units.

Developers will get the chance to build their own brand of residences within the iconic Sobha Hartland community and have the option of a prime and profitable investment opportunity to maximise their profits by owning a cluster of 13 plots to build and sell villas, it stated.

For hoteliers and hotel apartment operators, the UAE developer is offering a single plot of 86,755 sq ft area for their projects.

On the plot sale extension, PNC Menon, the founder and chairman, Sobha Group, said: "We are delighted to announce this opportunity which will allow investors, developers and end-users to invest in their own piece of premium residential land right in the heart of the city."

"By investing in a plot, it gives an investor the advantage to build and invest in their own 12-floor apartments and benefit from maximum profit or enables buyers to build their own abode in Sobha Hartland right next to the newly opened Dubai Water Canal," he stated.

According to him, end-users can build their dream villa of their own architecture design, floor plan and interior on the Dubai water canal, choosing a plot from nearly 14,000 sq ft of premium land.

"What further distinguishes these plots in the market is their neighbourhood. As part of Sobha Hartland, these plots are part of an 8-million-sq-ft resort-style community that comprises freehold studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, duplexes, townhouses and four-, five- and six-bedroom villas and is surrounded by 2.4 million sq ft of greenery - 30 per cent of the entire community," remarked Menon.

With the help of this scheme one can own land directly on the Dubai water canal and be the neighbour of the most iconic destination in Dubai, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
