Indian property show ends on a successful note

DUBAI, June 6, 2016

The 18th edition of the mega bi-annual Indian Property Show ended on a successful note last week after three days of dazzling display of budget to ultra-luxurious projects for the expat community in Dubai, UAE.

More than 150 renowned real estate companies offered lucrative deals during the event which was exclusively organized for NRIs in the emirates, who would prefer investing in real estate back home, said the organisers.

The expo witnessed a terrific footfall, while the participating real estate companies observed brisk business and high number of enquiries through the event.

R. Srividya, the general manager (Corporate Sales & Brand Engagement) at Indian Property Show, Sumansa Exhibitions, dubbed it as the largest property exhibition in Dubai for expats and considered as a perfect venue to showcase the world class construction by Indian developers.

"We are extremely proud and overwhelmed with this extraordinary response that we have received over the three days," remarked Srividya.

Despite the scorching heat, the event saw a massive footfall. Developers, agents, buyers, sellers, prospective investors and real estate enthusiasts gathered at the expo for a productive weekend of information exchange and highly beneficial deals.

“The overall feedback from visitors as well as the exhibitors has been quite amazing.We would like to thank each associate personally and will surely be back with a similar show in December 2016,” she added.
 
Sujith Sebastian, the general manager (Residential Sales) at Prestige Group, said: "We are glad to be part of the show which holds such great credibility in the market. Our project attracted exceptional interest and we hope to get good conversions."

Suresh Krishnan, the president of Credai (Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations) Chennai, said: “The Indian property show ended with a huge success and the response we received is overwhelming.
