Shaikhani unveils first phase of UAE residential project

UAE-based Shaikhani Group has announced the launch of the first phase of Gardenia Residency, a Dh220-million ($60 million) luxurious residential project located at Jumeirah Village Circle in the emirate of Dubai.
The project aims to make a definitive statement in opulence and luxury as it offers residents a metropolitan sophistication coupled with Mediterranean allure, said a statement from Shaikhani Group.
Designed by Dimensions Engineering Consultants, the Gardenia Residency is a project grand in scale, with 133 units, offering a mix of studios, chic loft-style apartments, exclusive townhouse, one-, two- and three-bedroom serviced signature suites, furnished with designer interiors offering modern amenities and beautiful landscaping, it stated.
Speaking at the launch, Mahmood Shaikhani, the group's managing director, said: "Gardenia Residency is our tribute to luxurious living. It has been created for a discerning audience that aspires to live in a planned community with all the modern facilities."
"It brings together quality construction blended with the best amenities to give our customers a home in a residential project that is the finest in Jumeirah Village Circle," he stated.
The development will also have restaurants, spas, cafes to complement the plush lifestyle it offers, he added.
With announcements of an additional Dh2 billion ($544 million) in projects, the group is certainly investing big in Dubai and its future. With the plans still under wraps, it will be exciting to see the vision turn into reality, said the developer.
