Bahrain building material prices down 40pc

Bahrain Industry and Commerce Minister Dr Hassan Fakhro has announced a 40 per cent drop in prices of building materials, reports our sister paper Akhbar Al Khaleej.
This was due to a rise in the US dollar exchange rate, increase in the Bahraini dinar purchase power and decrease in oil prices, the minister said in reply to MP Jalal Fairooz.
