Solidarity Bahrain launches self-service kiosks

Solidarity Bahrain, one of the largest insurance companies in Bahrain and a subsidiary of Solidarity Group Holding, has announced the launch of its self-service kiosk at all company branches.

The self-service kiosks, which are powered by "Sadad", aim at simplifying the renewal of motor insurance policies and enables customers to avoid waiting queues in branches.

Mohamed Awachi, head of Corporate Support said: “We are proud to take our partnership with Sadad to the next level in order to better serve our customers. The self-service kiosks are an innovative, convenient and incredibly secure way for customers to renew their insurance policies with Solidarity which is in line with our commitment to prioritize value and convenience to our customers.”

“Customers will be able to renew their motor policies in less than 90 seconds. It gives us great pride to be leading the insurance industry’s innovative digital transformation and adoption of Fintech and Insurtech,” he added.

Dr Rifat Mohamed Al Kashif, Sadad board member said: “We are excited to grow our partnership with Solidarity. Customers can now securely process their insurance payments in-person at these self-service kiosks. We are really proud to be a strategic digital partner for Solidarity Bahrain.”

Solidarity and Sadad have earlier launched 24/7 insurance renewal services through more than 750 self-service kiosks countrywide, a statement said. – TradeArabia News Service
