Al Khalij Commercial Bank (al khaliji), Qatar's next generation bank, has completed the issuance of QR1 billion ($274 million) perpetual, non-cumulative additional tier 1 capital notes.

The move is aimed at supporting the future funding across the bank, said a statement from al khaliji.

The instruments have been issued in accordance with the requirements of Basel III and Qatar Central Bank, it added.-TradeArabia News Service
