A global critical materials and vacuum furnace company headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands, AMG Critical Materials NV is at the forefront of CO2 reduction trends.

Formerly known as AMG Advanced Metallurgical Group NV, the company is a leading global player with production facilities across Germany, the United Kingdom, France, US, India, China, Mexico and Brazil. Its primary focus is on specialty metals, mineral extraction, recycling and metallurgical engineering.

Signed by Abdullah bin Adel Fakhro, the Minister of Industry and Commerce, and Meher Doghri, the Head Middle East of AMG Critical Materials N.V., the letter of intent outlines plans for AMG Middle East to establish a base metal concentration plant in the Kingdom of Bahrain for extraction of Vanadium concentrate from refineries residues.
