Saudi Arabia’s General Entertainment Authority (GEA)
Chairman Turki Alalshikh has unveiled details of “Najran Destination,” a new
100,000-square-metre entertainment complex scheduled to open in 2027.
Alalshikh revealed the project through a teaser video shared
on his official X account, highlighting its range of entertainment, retail and
hospitality facilities.
The destination will feature restaurants, shops and event
spaces, alongside attractions including live performances, cinema, bowling and
karting.
The development is
designed to offer year-round activities catering to residents and visitors with
varied interests.
“Najran Destination” forms part of the GEA’s “Entertainment
Destinations” initiative, which aims to develop modern, permanent entertainment
infrastructure across regions and cities in Saudi Arabia.
The initiative is intended to provide venues capable of
hosting diverse events and experiences throughout the year, while expanding
entertainment options and supporting the growth of the Kingdom’s leisure and
