Leading regional construction groups - Hassan Allam Construction and Galfar Engineering & Contracting - have signed an MoU that marks a new chapter of collaboration in the Sultanate of Oman.

Bringing together two established names with complementary expertise, resources, and capabilities, the partnership creates a strong foundation for future collaboration and shared opportunities, said a statement from Hassan Allam Construction.

The partnership is expected to provide a platform for collaboration on projects and opportunities in the Sultanate, as Hassan Allam Holding expands its regional presence, it stated.

As Hassan Allam Holding continues to expand its regional footprint, this partnership reinforces an approach built on strong local alliances, combined expertise, and a shared ambition to deliver lasting impact across Oman.

The agreement also reflects the companies’ focus on developing local partnerships and combining technical and operational expertise to support projects in Oman, it added.
