Leading Bahrain-based developer Diyar Al Muharraq has announced the launch of new residential plots at its Al Nuzha development, ranging from 240 to 371 sq m.

The plots, located in Bahrain's Northern Islands, are up for grabs with prices starting at BD77,662 ($206,000) onwards, said the company in its statement.

Strategically located within Diyar Al Muharraq's master plan, adjacent to the Suhail development, Al Nuzha offers easy access to key destinations and amenities, including Marassi Galleria, Souq Al Baraha, and Dragon City Bahrain.

The development also offers freehold ownership, giving buyers the flexibility to build properties for personal use or investment purposes, it stated. 

Diyar Al Muharraq said it witnessed strong visitor turnout at its pavilion on the opening day of the event. Now in its second edition, the summit is being held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

The event brings together government entities, financial institutions and real estate developers to showcase housing projects and financing programmes.
