Entrepreneurs’ Organisation opens first dedicated HQ in Bahrain

Bahrain has announced the opening of the first dedicated headquarters of the Entrepreneurs’ Organisation – Bahrain (EO Bahrain), thus marking a significant milestone in the chapter’s journey and reinforcing its commitment to advancing entrepreneurship and private sector growth in the kingdom.

The new EO Bahrain headquarters was inaugurated by Abdulla bin Adel Fakhro, the Minister of Industry and Commerce.

The opening reflects Bahrain’s continued commitment to fostering entrepreneurship, innovation and private-sector growth under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of Bahrain, and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

Their vision and support for economic development continues to contribute to an environment in which businesses and entrepreneurs can grow, innovate and create new opportunities.

Speaking on the occasion, Mohammed Abdulali Al Aali, President of EO Bahrain, expressed delight at Adel Fakhro inaugurating the EO headquarters stating that it reflected the importance of entrepreneurship and the vital role that the private sector plays in Bahrain’s economic development.

"This headquarters represents more than a physical space. It is a commitment to building stronger entrepreneurs, creating opportunities, and contributing to the growth of our national economy. We are proud of our journey since 2004, and we look forward to an even more ambitious future for EO Bahrain and the entrepreneurs we serve," he stated.

"The new headquarters represents an important step in EO Bahrain’s development, providing a dedicated platform for entrepreneurs to connect, learn, exchange experiences and develop their leadership capabilities. It will also serve as a space for collaboration, networking and the development of new opportunities for business growth," remarked Al Aali.

Bahrain’s open and progressive business environment, strategic location, national talent and strong institutional ecosystem provide a solid foundation for entrepreneurs and businesses seeking to establish, grow and expand, he added.

Established in Bahrain in 2004, EO Bahrain has grown into a community of more than 50 entrepreneurs, representing more than 12 economic sectors, including industry, technology, construction, healthcare, financial services and logistics.

The companies associated with EO Bahrain members collectively employ more than 5,118 full-time employees and generate annual revenues exceeding $150 million, reflecting the tangible contribution of entrepreneurs to Bahrain’s economy.

Looking ahead, EO Bahrain aims to build on this foundation by strengthening leadership development, supporting business growth and creating greater opportunities for entrepreneurs to connect with regional and global networks.

Through EO Accelerator, the organisation also supports emerging businesses with the ambition of helping them build the capabilities required to reach $1 million in annual revenue, contributing to the development of the next generation of high-growth companies, stated Al Aali.

The opening of EO Bahrain’s first dedicated headquarters marks not the end of a journey, but the beginning of a new chapter — one focused on greater impact, stronger businesses and a new generation of entrepreneurial leaders contributing to Bahrain’s continued economic growth, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
