Vatel Bahrain has brought together its academic team for an induction programme ahead of the 2026–2027 academic year.

The initiative focused on preparing lecturers for the new term and ensuring a consistent learning experience for students.

Staff were briefed on the College’s priorities, policies, procedures and departmental coordination.

The programme also provided an opportunity to share teaching practices and explore ways to strengthen student engagement.

Discussions emphasised the importance of linking classroom learning with practical experience, reflecting Vatel’s approach to hospitality and tourism education.

The induction forms part of the College’s preparations to support students and academic delivery throughout the year.
