Parkin Company, a major provider of paid public parking facilities and services in Dubai, has signed an agreement with Bahrain Car Parks Company (Amakin), a leading parking and mobility solutions expert in Bahrain, to establish a framework for collaboration across parking technologies, digital mobility services and regional business development.

The MoU establishes a framework for Parkin and Amakin to leverage their respective technology, operational and market capabilities to advance regional customer experience, improve operational efficiency and support the development of smarter parking and mobility services across the GCC.

Under the MoU, the two companies will evaluate the following opportunities:

Platform integration: connecting Parkin and Amakin’s digital platforms to streamline operations and deliver a more seamless customer experience

Digital payments: the feasibility of enabling customers to access and pay for parking across both networks through their respective mobile apps, supporting a more connected UAE–Bahrain parking experience

Data analysis: analysis of mobility data to identify trends and support new data-driven parking solutions in both markets

On the Amakin deal, CEO Eng. Mohamed Abdulla Al Ali said: "At Parkin, we are constantly exploring opportunities to apply our technology and operational expertise to enhance the parking experience."
