Wynn Al Marjan Island today revealed that it has completed its 550-metre beachfront, sheltered lagoon and offshore reef, giving guests a first look at the resort's waterfront experience.

Stretching along Ras Al Khaimah’s crystal-clear azure waters, the shoreline is one of the property's defining features, bringing white sand, deep beaches and gentle breezes to Wynn’s first beachfront destination.

Calm, clear waters make the sheltered lagoon ideal for swimming and snorkelling, while submerged rock formations frame the shoreline on both sides. Just offshore, a network of engineered reef units have been installed to support the growth of a thriving marine habitat. Coral and marine life have already begun taking hold, while osprey nest nearby.

The waters surrounding the reef are home to a rich variety of marine life and are well regarded by regional diving communities. Off the coast of Ras Al Khaimah, divers can explore 21 sites, including natural reefs and shipwrecks, while protected marine sanctuaries throughout the region support Indian Ocean humpback dolphins, hawksbill, green and loggerhead turtles, marbled electric rays, and more than 500 species of fish.

"Our ambition was to create a shoreline where guests can escape- somewhere they can swim in calm, clear water and enjoy the beachfront in complete privacy," said Max Tappeiner, President of Wynn Al Marjan Island. “As Wynn Resorts' first beachfront destination, Wynn Al Marjan Island gives us the opportunity to create something entirely new for our portfolio, where exceptional surroundings and intuitive service come together in a way only Wynn can deliver."

Wynn Al Marjan Island's completed beachfront, lagoon, and offshore reef offer the first look at Wynn Beach, which has been designed across three distinct environments: Resort Beach, Adult Beach, and Enclave Beach, each with its own character and atmosphere.

Along the sand and within the poolscape, stylishly appointed chaise lounges, and cabanas will range from intimate shaded retreats to a private bungalow with its own plunge pool and butler service, while the calm waters of the lagoon provides opportunities for swimming, snorkeling, paddleboarding, and kayaking. Exceptional service will sit at the heart of the experience, delivered with the personal and intuitive approach that defines Wynn Resorts.

Set to open in the United Arab Emirates in 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island is under construction on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, less than 50 miles from Dubai International Airport. This opulent integrated resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a state-of-the-art theater, a five-star spa, designer boutiques, events and celebrations spaces, expansive poolscapes, an entertaining beach club, and a private beach, all set amid the beauty of the Arabian Gulf. – TradeArabia News Service
