Global engineering and project delivery company Kent has strengthened its collaboration with OXEA Corporation through a long-term Engineering Services Agreement and the award of detailed engineering services for a major specialty chemicals project at OXEA’s Bay City facility.

The project follows a three-year Master Services Agreement signed in 2025, creating a framework for Kent to provide engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) services across OXEA’s operations.

Kent completed the project’s Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) phase in early 2026, leading to the award of the detailed engineering phase, which is currently underway and expected to conclude later this year.

The investment supports OXEA’s efforts to expand specialty chemicals production while maintaining safety and operational excellence.

Kent has also completed laser scanning of the Bay City facility to provide digital asset data for future engineering and maintenance activities.
