Mowasalat (Karwa), Qatar’s national transport provider, has announced a strategic partnership with Qatar Airways through its loyalty program, Privilege Club, enabling customers to collect loyalty points across Karwa Taxi and Chauffeur Services.

The collaboration introduces Avios, the programmer’s reward currency, as a new loyalty option within the Karwa ecosystem, allowing Privilege Club members to collect Avios on eligible Karwa rides, with earning rates varying by service type.

This integration strengthens Mowasalat (Karwa)’s role as a key mobility partner within the end-to-end travel journey, from arrival to destination, said a statement from Mowasalat.

The partnership allows customers to continue earning rewards beyond the flight, turning everyday journeys – including travel to and from Hamad International Airport – into a seamless extension of their overall travel experience, it stated.

"To participate, customers must have both a Karwa Taxi App account and a Qatar Airways Privilege Club account linked," said a company spokesman. 

"Once linked, customers can collect Avios, the programmer’s reward currency, in accordance with applicable terms and conditions. Avios will be credited automatically for eligible rides, offering added value to frequent flyers, business travelers, and everyday commuters alike," he added.

This partnership marks another milestone in Mowasalat (Karwa)’s ongoing efforts to integrate smart mobility solutions with global travel ecosystems, delivering greater convenience, flexibility, and rewards to customers across Qatar.
