Intech has expanded its electrical solutions presence in the US energy sector with the award of a turnkey PDC and RTU Building E-House package for a major natural gas pipeline infrastructure project in Louisiana.

The contract forms part of a large-scale natural gas transmission pipeline project designed to support expanding LNG export infrastructure along the US Gulf Coast.

Under the scope, Intech will deliver fully integrated PDC and RTU E-House solutions across multiple pipeline valve station sites.

Intech’s responsibilities include engineering, integration, and supply of prefabricated E-House units equipped with ABB low-voltage switchgear, UPS systems with extended battery backup, automatic transfer switches, panelboards, lighting transformers, HVAC systems, fire alarm and suppression systems, and communications infrastructure, along with RTU integration.

The company will also provide detailed electrical and structural engineering, factory and site acceptance testing, pre-commissioning support, and startup assistance, ensuring a reliable electrical and monitoring system to support safe and efficient pipeline operations. -OGN/TradeArabia News Service
