Etihad Rail has unveiled the official uniforms for its passenger-facing staff, giving the public an early glimpse of the service ahead of the launch of passenger operations across the UAE.

The new collection, designed in a modern grey palette with red accents, will be worn by onboard hosts, station personnel, and customer service teams across the network.

The uniforms are intended to reflect Etihad Rail’s core values of professionalism, safety, warmth, and contemporary Emirati hospitality.

Designed specifically for the UAE’s climate and the operational demands of rail travel, the attire prioritises comfort, functionality, and freedom of movement while maintaining a polished, premium appearance, Etihad Rail stated.

Structured tailoring and subtle design details aim to create a recognisable and approachable identity for staff who will support passengers throughout their journeys. The grey tones symbolise reliability and calm, while red accents represent energy, ambition, and national connectivity goals.

Adhraa Almansoori, Executive Director of Commercial at Etihad Rail Mobility, said: “The unveiling of our official uniforms marks an important moment in the journey towards the introduction of passenger rail services in the UAE.
