Accor has signed an agreement for Swissôtel Cairo West, a mixed-use development in partnership with Saoud Urban Development, marking a step in the Group’s expansion in Egypt.

Located in West Cairo, a rapidly developing district, the project addresses rising demand for integrated hospitality, branded residences, and destination-led developments, aligning with Egypt Vision 2030 to support sustainable urban growth and evolving consumer needs.

Swissôtel Cairo West will feature 180 rooms, three signature food and beverage venues, a ballroom, flexible event spaces, and wellness amenities including a pool, spa, and state-of-the-art health club.

The hotel emphasises the brand’s philosophy of “Crafting Pure Living,” blending Swiss precision, human care, and holistic wellbeing.

The development also includes over 250 branded residences for long-term residents and investors, combining thoughtfully designed homes with access to hotel services.

A curated retail component enhances its role as a social and lifestyle destination in West Cairo.

Led by the Egyptian–Emirati partnership of Mostafa Talha and Sheikha Mariam Al-Qasimi, Saoud Urban Development’s investment underscores confidence in Egypt’s economic stability and growth.

Swissôtel Cairo West represents Accor’s first major real estate project in Egypt, serving as a cornerstone for the group’s strategic expansion beyond the Gulf region.
