UAE-based Azizi Developments has announced that it has partnered with Mertoglu, a key Turkish play equipment manufacturer, for the supply of outdoor play systems at its mixed-use community - Azizi Venice - in the rapidly growing Dubai South.
Mertoglu is an international specialist in the design and manufacture of outdoor play systems for residential communities, public spaces, and large-scale urban developments.
With extensive experience delivering durable and well-engineered play solutions, the company is recognized for its focus on safety standards, functionality, and age-inclusive designs that encourage physical activity, creativity, and social interaction.
Through this newly formed partnership, Azizi is reinforcing its commitment to creating well-rounded, family-oriented environments within Azizi Venice.
As per the deal, Mertoglu’s play equipment will be installed across designated outdoor and communal areas, supporting active lifestyles and providing safe, engaging recreational spaces for children of different age groups.
The integration of these amenities forms part of Azizi Venice’s broader vision of thoughtfully-planned public realms for everyday living.

Azizi Venice comprises more than 36,000 residential units across 100+ apartment complexes, as well as over 109 ultra-luxury mansions.
Azizi Developments is taking on the role of the master developer, in charge of constructing the community’s buildings, roads, and all the infrastructure.
Centered around a vast, crystal-blue lagoon that encircles its condominiums, villas, and mansions, Azizi Venice provides a picturesque setting for leisure, retail, and commercial spaces.
The turquoise, desalinated waters are bordered by sandy beaches, an 8 km-long cycling and jogging track, yoga and sports facilities, and a vibrant promenade featuring a variety of artisan eateries and boutiques.
