The National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) has been awarded the Citi 2024Straight-Through Processing (STP) Award in recognition of its performance in treasury payment processing.
Based on Citi’s independently verified analysis of NBB’s
full-year 2024 payment data, the Bank achieved an STP rate of 99.5%, exceeding
the global qualification benchmark of 95%.
Commenting on the occasion Ali Abdulkarim, Group Chief
Executive, Corporate and Commercial Banking at NBB, stated: “We are honoured to
