Dubai Jewellery Group (DJG) has announced that 20 kilos of gold are still left to be won by Dubai jewellery shoppers through mega raffle draws. 

 

Continuing the tradition for the 27th edition of Dubai Shopping Festival, DJG is picking 100 lucky individuals who will win a total of 25 kilograms (kgs) of gold.

 

Till date, 20 lucky winners have won a total of 5 kilos of gold. More and more jewellery shoppers are trying their luck to win gold and add to their investments.

 

Among the delighted shoppers who has so far scooped 250g of gold is Nazim Uddin from Bangladesh. When asked about his win, Uddin ecstatically commented: “I never imagined when I dropped that coupon, that I would win! I simply wanted to invest in some gold for my mother and wife and winning was never in my mind. I have been in the country for 12 years and this is the first time I won anything.”

 

Anyone can be a lucky winner. One has to simply visit any of the 180 participating jewellery outlets in Dubai, and shop for jewellery worth AED500 ($136) or more. Upon the purchase of gold jewellery worth AED500, customers will be entitled to a raffle coupon. Two raffle coupons will be presented with the purchase of diamond and pearl jewellery worth AED500.

 

Shoppers can also buy gold from the Dubai Duty Free Gold shops in all Terminals of Dubai International Airport for the same amount and be part of the raffle. 

 

Each raffle ticket gives customers a chance to win in total 22 kilos of gold, with 4 winners (250 gm gold each) announced every second day from December 15, 2021 to January 30, 2022. 

 

On the last day, 12 lucky shoppers, chosen from amongst the buyers and the winners, will take home up to 3 kilos of gold as a final day DSF mega prize.-- TradeArabia News Service
