UAE developer Arada has launched sales at Layan, the fifth phase of its landmark Masaar 3 forest community in Sharjah, comprising eight gated neighbourhoods spread over a 21 million sq ft masterplan. Layan will provide a selection of two- to five-bedroom properties.
UAE developer Arada has awarded the main construction contract for a K-12 school at Masaar, its AED9.5 billion ($2.6 billion) forested megaproject in Sharjah. Developed in partnership with Bright Capital Investment, the new Reigate Grammar School is the first branch campus of a UK school in the emirate.
