Knowledge Economic City (KEC), together with its subsidiary Algharraa International Real Estate, has signed an agreement with BSF Capital to establish a private real estate fund for the development of Knowledge Gardens project, being set up within its premises in Madinah at an investment of SAR 7.5 billion ($1.96 billion).
