Milaidhoo Maldives, a luxurious resort, has appointed Paul van Frank as its new General Manager. 

With over three decades of experience in luxury hospitality, Paul brings a wealth of expertise in boutique resort management and a proven track record of success in remote and prestigious destinations worldwide.

 

His career includes leadership roles at properties such as Fregate Island in Seychelles and Maradiva Villas Resort & Spa in Mauritius.

 

Before joining Milaidhoo, Paul served as the General Manager at Le Jadis Beach Resort & Wellness Mauritius, formerly known as Angsana Balaclava Mauritius, where he rebranded and optimised operational efficiencies. His strategic leadership contributed to significant financial improvements and enhanced guest experiences, showcasing his commitment to excellence in hospitality management, a statement said.
