Al Faisaliah Hotel Riyadh has re-opened its popular restaurant, Cristal, offering a redefined menu featuring new Middle Eastern dishes.

The restaurant has introduced signature dishes to the menu, which includes a selection of mouth-watering dishes, such as a made-to-order Arabic Mix Grill prepared according to guests’ preferences and freshly made ‘Naimi Kharouf’. Upon arrival, guests will also be treated to freshly baked bread.

From a selection of cold mezzeh, soups and live hot appetizers that are changed daily, to main courses and a live tandoori oven, the restaurant has it all. Some menu favourites include Baba Ganoush, Moudardara, Muhammara, Batata Harra, Vegetable Tagine, and local dishes like Goursan, Margoug, Jeerish, and Chicken Kapsa.

To end a delicious meal, guests can opt for one of the many dessert options available at Cristal - Awama, Basbousa, Saffron Mahalabia, Umm Ali and Pistachio Baklava to name a few.
