Arjaan by Rotana occupancy rates hit 82pc in first nine months

DUBAI, October 17, 2018

Arjaan by Rotana, a range of fine hotel apartments located in Media City, Dubai, reported an 82 per cent overall occupancy rate between January and September.

The average room occupancy rate during the year is driven by significant growth in visitor numbers from the GCC and Europe, as well as from the domestic market. The majority of the guests were recorded as UAE nationals, at 34 per cent, followed by GCC and EU nationals at 24 per cent and 20 per cent, respectively.

Ayman Ashor, general manager at Arjaan by Rotana, said: “We are delighted to announce that the hotel property has experienced a steady growth and occupancy performance throughout 2018. We anticipate an increase of 8 per cent, estimating an overall of 90 per cent in the total room occupancy as Dubai continues to demonstrate further growth as a commercial hub and a leading tourism destination, especially during the last quarter of the year, when the weather cools down and festivities commence."

Arjaan by Rotana’s in-house dining concept Cilantro, serving an enticing international menu in a contemporary setting, will also introduce exclusive offers to delight residents and visitors alike. Guests will experience the vibrant and exquisitely abundant dining offers such as the themed Thursday Arabic night priced at Dh139 ($37.8) per person, Friday brunch at Dh129 ($35.1) per person, Friday International night at Dh139 and High Tea at Dh59 ($16) per couple only. - TradeArabia News Service
