Elaf opens new all-woman call centre in Jeddah

JEDDAH (Saudi Arabia), April 1, 2018

Elaf Group, a Sedco Holding Group company and a leading provider of travel, tourism, and hospitality services, has inaugurated a qualified female workers supported call center as part of a community communication efforts to provide exceptional hospitalities travel and Sharia-compliant hospitality services to its customers.

The move is aimed at offering access to hotel network e-book such as customized packages, exclusive offers, and promotional as well as address the needs of Haj and Umrah pilgrims services around the world, such as setting up a full arrangement for end to end journey enhancing the spiritual experience.
