Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana in Abu Dhabi, UAE, has appointed Michael Tiberghien as director of food and beverage (F&B).

Born in South Africa with roots from Belgium and Italy, Tiberghien has joined Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana from the Sheraton Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Tiberghien had the opportunity to grow up and live all over the world in locations such as South Africa, Egypt, Thailand, France, UK, US, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka and now Abu Dhabi.

Having been with Millennium, Baglioni hotels, Hilton, Starwood and Marriott International for the past 12 years, he is a veteran of the hospitality industry with a wide background in all hospitality operations. Tiberghien has pre-opening background too, as food and beverage director at the Sheraton Colombo hotel, Sri Lanka and he looks forward for a new chapter in the next step of his journey, the hotel said in a statement. - TradeArabia News Service
