New head chef at The Capital Grill steakhouse

The Capital Grill steakhouse at Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi has welcomed Daniel Vicente Antunes as the new chef de cuisine.
A Portuguese national, Antunes brings a wealth of experience to the award-winning steakhouse (Abu Dhabi’s Favourite Steakhouse by What’s On Awards 2017).
With over 13 years of vast experience in French, Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, he has attained exposure across multiple countries such as USA, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal and Saudi Arabia. Having worked with Michelin Star chefs across Europe, Antunes has already infused his culinary finesse and expertise into the steakhouse in pursuit of taking it to a whole new level in the city. His strength lies in keeping an eye on the dynamic culinary scene of Abu Dhabi and beyond.
