RAK Hospitality Holding appoints new MD for subsidiaries

RAK Hospitality Holding (RAKHH), an integrated asset owner and manager of leading hospitality investments, has appointed Ziad El Masri as managing director of two of its subsidiaries, Hakaya Collection and RAK Hospitality Logistics.
El Masri will lead the diverse commercial activities of Hakaya Collection and RAK Hospitality Logistics as well as execute their aggressive strategic plans for growth.
A Lebanese national and a seasoned professional, El Masri brings with him over two decades of pivotal experience in the realm of Food and Beverage (F&B) industry across the Mena region. He began his professional journey holding a variety of Management and Operational roles, covering a broad spectrum of responsibilities and received notable accolades during this time.
Prior to taking on his current position, El Masri was head of F&B operations at Meraas F&B, where he led the operations of both franchised and home-grown brands, including the opening of the first ‘Last Exit’ food truck park destination. He also held key positions at the leading retail enterprise, Alshaya/Starbucks, where he managed seven different countries across Mena region during his 12 year-tenure. His track record for successful launches and establishment of new outlets will accelerate RAKHH’s plans for further development in the Emirate.
