Al Bustan Centre & Residence was awarded the International Hospitality Risk Assurance award under the “Stay Safe” Program for achieving good standards of safety and security at the property.

Moussa El Hayek, chief operating officer of Al Bustan Hotel, received the plaque from his senior management team at the Monthly Recognition Ceremony.

Al Bustan Centre and Residence holds such monthly recognition of employees to boost their morale and motivate them, bringing out the best as well as honing their strengths and abilities. A Certificate of Appreciation was given to the employees who were able to complete various training modules at the property, and star employees were recognised from Housekeeping, Engineering and Stewarding departments. A special mention of promotions also took place to inform all the staff members.

Major accomplishments were given acknowledgements including the Supervisor of the Month from the F&B Department and Associate of the Quarter from the Engineering Department. The most important award, Employee of the Month went to Housekeeping Department for the exceptional performance during the month of September.
