A Cebu Pacific Air flight bound to the Philippines from Dubai has been cancelled due to an unspecified technical issue, said a report.

Flight 5J015 was scheduled to leave at 11.10pm on August 22, but was unable to fly “due to a technical issue” that was identified prior to departure, said a report in Gulf News.

Meals, hotel accomodation and other necessities were provided to the stranded passengers.

The airline has assured that affected passengers will be accommodated on the next available flight, and are scheduled to fly at 11.10pm tonight, the report said.
