Over 1m pilgrims enter Saudi Arabia

Over 1 million pilgrims have arrived in Saudi Arabia for Haj this year, said a report.
According to Saudi Press Agency, a total of 1,070,951 pilgrims have entered the kingdom so far, up 24 per cent compared with the same period last year.
The General Directorate of Passports said in its daily statistics that 1,015,482 pilgrims arrived by air; 50,554 by land; and 4,915 by sea.
