Ramee Grand Bahrain's Indian restaurant Rasoi is introducing a 'Weekend Biriyani Feast' which will take guests through a culinary journey of Indian Biryanis from different regions of the country.

India is a land where the authentic biryani has been so vastly experimented with and been cooked to book itself into one of the best recipes of the authentic and conventional cuisines of the country. It is indeed a dish that has gone world over and today is found to be prepared in various cuisines in different methods, with different spices, ingredients, all culturally, geographically and even religiously specific.

The biryani in India is prepared in different ways in every household. However, the biryani of Hyderabad, Calcutta, Kashmir and Luck now tend to be more popular in India.

Chef Kuldeep Raturi has prepared an authentic a la carte menu which includes verities of Indian biryanis such as Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, Mopla Biryani, Kolhapuri Biryani, Kaikari Biryani and much more along with an unlimited selection of soft beverages.

Rasoi will also mark India's Independence Day on August 15 with family style set menu which will include the Ibrida Party beverages package as well.
