Al Manshar Rotana, a five-star business hotel in Kuwait, has appointed two new executives to its team.

Rasha Rusrus has been named the new human resources manager and Cynthia Requino joins as the new executive housekeeper

Coming from Jordan, Rusrus joined Rotana as assistant director of human resources at Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa on 18 March, 2015. Prior to this, she has gained experience in human resources in Jordan working with Ibis Hotel, Cham Palace Hotel and Kempinski Hotel.  

Rasha will oversee the management and non-management hiring process to attract, select and retain a diverse workforce. She will also make sure to utilize selection processes that identify the best candidate for open positions in a cost effective and efficient manner to meet the business needs of the operation.

Requino has 19 years’ experience having previously worked at five-star hotels and resorts in different counties such as Philippines, Brunei and UAE.
 
Hailing from Philippines, Requino’s last post was executive housekeeper at Hala Arjaan by Rotana in Abu Dhabi before joining Al Manshar Rotana Hotel, Kuwait.

As an executive housekeeper Requino will be responsible for the daily operation of the housekeeping department, guide and develop a committed multicultural team to ensure the impeccable Rotana standards are met in all areas.
