SR Technics, a leading maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) service provider with major presence in the UAE, has appointed Sven Graber as chief human resources officer (CHRO) reporting directly to the CEO.

Graber is an experienced HR professional and he has held the interim position of CHRO since October 2016, leading the SR Technics global HR department. Sven joined SR Technics in 2016 as head of global rewards and previously worked for Novelis, where he served as regional manager for Rewards & HRIS Europe for three years. Prior to this, Graber has worked for companies such as Sonova and Jet Aviation in Switzerland. Sven holds a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from University of St. Gallen.
