Cayan Homes launches property promotions at Rotana hotel
DUBAI, April 5, 2017
Cayan Homes, a subsidiary of leading Saudi-based property developer Cayan Group, is targeting Saudi nationals vacationing and residing in Dubai as it promotes two luxurious properties in the emirate.
The Cayan Cantara is being showcased from April 1 to 8 at two Rotana hotel locations in Dubai - the Amwaj Rotana and Media Rotana - and will be offering Saudi nationals special and attractive offers during the promotional period.
Saudi nationals see the real estate sector in Dubai as strategic investment, and believe in the sector’s perseverance and growth. They are the second largest group of GCC nationalities investing in Dubai’s real estate sector. According to Dubai Land Development, Saudis invested Dh4 billion ($1.08 billion) in Dubai’s real estate sector in the first half of 2016.
Located at the strategic Umm Suqeim Road in Dubai, Cayan Cantara is easily accessible from Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Al Khail Road and Emirates Road. The Umm Suqeim area is fast becoming a major connection to malls, recreational centres, residential areas, and educational institutes, and will offer residents of Cayan Cantara access to convenience and holistic living.
Over 50 per cent of the Cayan Cantara project — which comprises two towers and is operated by the leading and trusted hospitality brand, Rotana — has been sold since its launch. Rotana has extensive experience in hospitality and serviced apartments, having been one of the first hospitality companies to launch the ‘All Suites’ concept in 1996. Those investing in Cayan Cantara will be acquiring more than high-end luxury and quality living and services, but also strong ROI (return on investment).
“The kiosks are operated at two Rotana hotel locations as these see high-occupancy during the vacation periods, such as the Spring school break at present. In this manner, those investing in Cayan Cantara already have a taste of the quality of Rotana services and a glimpse of what to expect at Cayan Cantara,” said Gizel Daher, director of Marketing and Communications.- TradeArabia News Service
