City Centre Rotana Doha celebrates Vietnamese Food Week

Teatro, City Centre Rotana Doha’s specialty signature restaurant, in partnership with Emirates Airline will host a Vietnamese Food Week featuring award winning Iron Chef Michael Bao Huynh from March 26 until April 2.
The week-long event will be presided by the Vietnamese Embassy in Qatar, and Nguyen Hoang, Ambassador Extraordinary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
In collaboration with the Teatro chefs, chef Michael Bao will develop and serve a special a la carte menu throughout the week, featuring his unique take on Vietnamese cuisine. Some of the creations on the menu will include Black Cod en Papillote, BBQ Shrimp Salad and the very exotic Crab Cakes with lychee, strawberry and tamarind dressing. There will also be special not-to-be-missed events including a Vietnamese Cooking Class, a five-course a la carte dinner and a special Ladies Dinner evening.

Chef Michael Bao Huynh is a renowned award-winning International chef, and one of the most celebrated when it comes to Vietnamese cuisine.
