Wataniya Airways inks key deal to boost passenger service system

UAE-based Information Systems Associates (ISA), a leading technology solutions provider for the global travel and aviation industry, has signed a contract with Kuwait's new hybrid airline Wataniya Airways to power its passenger service system (PSS).

ISA will launch ACCELaero – a strong portfolio of powerful high performance technologies and integrated solutions for airlines - for the ailine's PSS.

Headquartered in Sharjah, ACCELaero from ISA provides customer asset and revenue management tools with rapid deployment capability and low set-up costs, allowing companies in the airline and travel industry to yield faster Return on Investment (ROI) while freeing up resources for further or alternate investment.

As part of the contract, ACCELaero’s aeroLINE products will help Wataniya Airways manage their crew, fleet and budget, with a focus on revenue, to maximise the airline’s productivity, efficiency and profitability while the aeroPORT services will help the on-ground team of Wataniya Airways manage the airline’s passengers at the airport as well as its aircraft.
