Gulf Air’s acting chief executive Maher Al Musallam has resigned, a report in the Gulf Daily News, our sister newspaper, said quoting an airline spokesperson.

The airline confirmed reports that while Al Musallam had put in his papers. However, it did not say whether the resignation had been accepted by the national carrier or not, the report said.
