Kempinski Hotel MOE welcomes new sales team executives

DUBAI, November 25, 2015

Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates, a five-star hotel in Dubai, has welcomed Mirza Usman, Andreea Popa and Deborah Gray as assistant directors of sales (ADOS).

Responsible for establishing strong client relationships and day-to-day account management, Kempinski’s new ADOSs are highly motivated and join the team with international hospitality experience, gained with some of the world’s leading hotel brands.

With more than 10 years’ experience in hospitality sales, Usman has been appointed as ADOS – Corporate, and will be responsible for managing all existing and new corporate accounts.  He joins Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates from the Accor Group of Hotels.

Joining Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates from The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Popa has been appointed as ADOS – Groups and Events, bringing with her more than 10 years of international tourism and hospitality experience in delivering large-scale events and group business meetings.  

Gray joins Kempinski as ADOS – Leisure.  Her in-depth knowledge of this sector, coupled with her international account management experience, has grown over the past 15 years while working for several leading hotel brands in the Middle East.  Deborah was most recently with Antana Hotels.

Alexander Suski, director of sales and marketing, said the appointments follow the recent restructuring of Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates’ sales team.
