Two top executives join Anantara Dubai The Palm Resort

DUBAI, September 7, 2015

Anantara Dubai The Palm Resort & Spa, a luxurious five-star retreat in the UAE emirate, has welcomed two senior executives to its management team.

Cristhian Osorio has been named Quality and Continuous Improvement manager and Sultan Baddar has been appointed as the new director of Human Resources for the property.

In her new role, Osorio will focus on the enhancement and sustention of the Quality Management System. A Mexican national, she previously held the position of Operation Analysis Manager with Mandarin Oriental Miami and Developer, Owners and Tenants Communication Improvement Specialist at Reef Island, Bahrain and brings with her 11 years of hospitality and quality management experience to Dubai.

Prior to joining Mandarin Oriental Miami she worked in five star hotels and resorts in Mexico, Canada and Costa Rica to boost quality, productivity and process improvement

Bringing 16 years of experience in human resources, Baddar will be responsible for the implementation of all the HR related initiatives of Anantara Dubai The Palm Resort & Spa, as well as positioning the property as the preferred hospitality employer in the region, focusing on training and development.

He has also previously worked in the region with hotels such as Movenpick Al Bidaa Kuwait, Crown Plaza Kuwait and Intercontinental Doha. – TradeArabia News Service
