Chef Ramsay..new venture at the Atlantis, The Palm

Celebrity chef brings his culinary mastery to Dubai

DUBAI, June 9, 2015

Dubai is set to experience the finest in casual dining as British chef and restaurateur Gordon Ramsay plans to open his second restaurant concept at the Atlantis, The Palm this fall.

Ramsay first entered the emirate’s gastronomic scene with his “Verre” restaurant at the Hilton Dubai Creek in 2001, his first venture outside the UK.

After a 10-year run, Ramsay ended his association with Verre and is now back with Bread Street Kitchen, his new “casual dining” concept.

“I am incredibly excited to open Bread Street Kitchen in Atlantis, The Palm,” Ramsay said in a statement. “The expertise of the team at Atlantis make them ideal partners and I’ll be working closely with them to deliver a dining experience of the highest standards and one that reflects the ethos of its sister restaurant in St Paul’s London.”

Diners at the Bread Street Kitchen will be served a menu of modern European food as well as cocktails from "imaginative mixologists”.

The Atlantis The Palm outlet will be the fourth for his restaurant concept, with other branches in London, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Serge Zalov, president and executive director of the Atlantis, The Palm, said: “Working with the Gordon Ramsay Group to bring this restaurant to Dubai is only the beginning of a distinctive partnership.”

The space will be open daily, all day, with a bar being central to the concept, the hotel said in a statement. – TradeArabia News Service
