Diet Care introduces new Ramadan menu

Diet Care, Kuwait's leading provider of health and nutritional programmes and services, has introduced its Ramadan plans and menu personalised for the Holy Month.

The offer includes three healthy choice memberships and over 50 of the region’s favourite meal options fit for the season.

Diet Care offers an all-new and dedicated menu and plan for every Ramadan season to provide seasonal specials that are both tasty and calorie-controlled. This year’s menu includes meals like Turkish Tabboula Salad at 100 kcals, Pistachio Basbousa and Muhallabiya Bethan at 200 kcals, and Gabbout and Soft Murabian at only 400 kcals each.

Starting today, Diet Care offers the Complete Ramadan Meal Plan, the Two-Meal Ramadan Plan and the One-Meal Ramadan Plan incorporating Iftar, Suhoor and Ghabga meals commonly consumed by people in Kuwait.

Every Diet Care meal is made fresh, daily and delivered to the customers’ doorstep. The Ramadan menu also includes both local and gourmet dishes comprising soups, salads, main dishes, and desserts.
