The Coral Al Khobar Hotel’s popular Al Nafoora Restaurant in Saudi Arabia has launched The Butcher’s Cut – a meaty evening inviting food lovers to relish on kebabs and mixed grill, besides enjoying cuts of meat prepared with the finest ingredients.

Michel H Mandrea, general manager, Coral Al Khobar Hotel, said that the meaty evening promises to be an ultimate experience for meat lovers.

He said: “We have enriched the menu and enhanced the format to suit the occasion. It is an opportunity to sample something that guests haven’t tried before. While the preliminaries can be picked from the soup and salad buffet, visitors will have to select their favourite steak cut and let the chef cook it to their liking, choosing from an assortment of sauces, potatoes and vegetables to accompany the meat.
